What is a coupon? A coupon can be anything that ‘adds value’ to your ruck and/or workout. For this challenge, a coupon will be designated as a cinder block.

So…you don’t own a cinder block? No worries, they are about $1 at your local Home Depot or Lowe’s store. Or, feel free to swap a cinder block with anything awkward including a sandbag.

NOTES: Ruck weight can vary. Typically, 20 pounds if you weight under 150; 30 pounds if you are over 150. Exercises can be done with or without weight. As always, modify as necessary.
